BOTM April: Mitchmatic

We’ve had a lot of different weather in April, so it’s perfect that there was a host of different musical styles at the April Band of the Month Showcase. Mitchmatic put his immense hip-hop talents on display with crazy hooks and a smattering of multi-instrumental prowess. Yeah, he’s that good. Dancing, sweating, and having a good time. Mitchmatic made it all happen. Great thanks to Ghost Cousin, Third Branch, and Renny Wilson for bringing an excellent eclectic mix of music to the night.

BOTM March: Mad Bomber Society

Did March come in like a lion and go out like a lamb? Not if you were at the Pawn Shop for the March Band of the Month. Edmonton legends Mad Bomber Society was a raging force of ska power, and the sold out crowd loved every minute of it, dancing and and singing their lungs out! Big thanks go out to Old Wives and the Mandates for getting the night loud, crazy and sweaty.
