A 24-year-old from Edmonton was reunited today with her beloved pet cat she had had lost nearly 6 years ago.
We have an update! Looks like the Groat Road Bridge will re-open on April 7th. Check out some of the other progress pics.
Last week, I got a hilarious random wrong number text from someone going into labour. So, I called to congratulate her on the new baby. Listen below!

WE’LL TAKE A CUP O’ KINDNESS YET,

Happy New Year and welcome to my Year in Review that’s not set to an algorithmic app on facebook. Cue pictures of the past and music here. Thanks again for listening to The Final Countdown (more on that later) and the Year in REViEW 2014. I made it my mission to get everything in (including the sudden disappearance of AirAsia Flight QZ8501, the unfortunate circumstances in Edmonton and Fort Saskatchewan, and a rewrite on the conclusion of The Countdown). Years in Reviews don’t stop when Christmas Eve rolls around. It took me every day of the year to produce and research, and I’m hoping we made it up to you by actually playing the Top 3 songs of the year (a North Korean hacker was not involved and the computer decided to play Our Lady Peace, Modest Mouse, and Hollerado during the first running of the Rick Lee marathon). If you have any questions, comments, or concerns, you can always email me at firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com. Before we go to the future of 2015, here’s ‘The Best of 2014’.
RICK’S PICK – ALBUM OF 2014
This category is always determined by life experiences – who I was with and what I was doing at the time a particular album was released. Songs act like a picture taken on your mobile device; music always has the ability to take a snap shot of a certain memorable or momentous moment (and they can be easily deleted with a swipe of the screen but then later it could be seen on eternally on an iCloud). The following have been found on my car stereo (yes, I still listen to CDs while driving) or iPod mini (yes, I still have one of those) over the past 12 months.
MERRY CHRISTMAS AND GOD BLESS!! Remember, no man is a failure who has friends.
