Sonic girl Charlene recently got in touch and told us the story of what happened to her husband. He was caught in an avalanche while driving on a highway in Northern California (where they live). He (and a buddy) were buried under 10-15 feet of snow in their car.

While most of us would panic and bug out….they played it cool. They were able to get cell reception and were rescued in about an hour. So what did they do to pass the time? Snap selfies…obviously! It made international headlines! We chat with Neale about his ordeal.
