Today marked a sad anniversary today as Linkin Park Chester Bennington would have turned 42 years old.  Pennington tragically took his own life in 2017, but we can use this day as a reminder that talking about mental health is SO important and if you need help, to go seek it.

Chester Bennington’s widow Talinda Bennington has launched her own mental health campaign on the birthday of her late husband urging fans to “learn the Five Signs of Emotional Suffering”.

I decided to open up a bit further into own struggles with mental health today, while we paid tribute to Chester with a Linkin Park Song in Jam Sandwhich today (The lunch hour show where you vote Jam or No Jam to keep our songs on the air):

All the best, and remember to get help if you need it. You are ALWAYS worth it.

Rest in Peace Chester.
