An Edmonton yoga studio is now offering PUPPY YOGA!!! Lucid Yoga in YEG is offering up this puppy-licious restorative yoga class, and we chatted with Erin from Lucid about this awesomeness and what silliness will ensue when dogs and yoga comes together:

Although the current plannes puppy yoga classes are sold out, Erin said Lucid is working to organize more in the future.  Lucid’s Puppy yoga is all in the name of charity, as Lucid teamed up with Zoe’s Animal Rescue to promote the adoption of animals and puppys!
