Sunday, September 30 is Free Admission Day here in the City of Champions. From 10am-6pm, get the friends and family together and enjoy a lack of admission at a couple of the most unique spots in the city!


Edmonton Valley Zoo

The zoo is home to over 350 animals. WOWZERS! Say hi Lucy the Elephant, pet goats at the petting zoo and go for a ride on the train (toot toot!). Learn more about animal conservation and endangered species followed by a relaxing, cold Alley Kat beer at the Wild Earth Cafe.

Muttart Conservatory

Head to the Muttart and take in the sights and smells of four climate-regulated greenhouses! Explore the arid, temperate and tropical pyramids in addition to a chrysanthemums display in the Day of the Dead feature pyramid.
