1995’s iconic film Cluless is getting a remake.

The original film was loosely based on Jane Austen’s Emma and it’s rumoured the upcoming version will stay true to the theme. Girls Trip writer Tracy Oliver will produce the film while Marquita Robinson, a writer on Netflix’s GLOW, will write the script. Paramount Pictures has yet to announce a tentative release date or whether previous cast members will make an appearance in the film.
