1. Cage the Elephant – “Ready To Let Go”

Cage the Elephant’s latest track and upcoming album were both inspired by a trip to Pompei that frontman Matt Shultz took with his wife. It was during their trip that they realized that their marriage was over. While his life fell apart, Shultz chose to channel the pain of his divorce into his music saying, “I saw a depth of potential evil that I had never experienced firsthand.” The album, Social Cues, arrives April 19.

2. grandson – “apologize”

grandson’s revolution is far from over. The Canadian artist announced that his upcoming EP, A Modern Tragedy Vol. 2, will be out February 22, the same day he kicks off his first headlining tour. On Twitter, grandson shared that he wrote the song to empower his fans to own themselves and not to apologize for being unique indivudals.

3. Billie Eilish – “bury a friend”

Billie Eilish’s highly anticipated debut album, When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go?, arrives March 29. The 17 year old wrote, recorded and produced all 17 tracks with her brother in their childhood home in Los Angeles.
