Thom Yorke and Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Flea have once again combined forces to make some solid music.

On Wednesday, the Radiohead frontman shared a new single called “Daily Battles” featuring his Atoms of Peace bandmate Flea.

Yorke penned the song at the request of Radiohead-superfan Edward Norton. Norton wanted a song for his upcoming film Motherless Brooklyn.

“I wanted Thom to write an old-world melancholy ballad, and I wanted his voice to be the properties for [Norton’s character] Lionel’s voice,” Norton explained to Rolling Stone. Set in the 1950s, Motherless Brooklyn follows Lionel, a private detective who has Tourette’s syndrome, as he tracks down the killer of his mentor and friend. The film is out November 1.
