Just because you’re at home doesn’t mean you can’t celebrate Cinco De Mayo!


Taylor Smith and Brooklyn spent Happy Hour on Cinco de Mayo hanging out on Facebook Live and showing you how to make shredded chicken tacos and The 3 Amigos Avocado Margaritas (recipes below)!



Shredded Chicken Tacos

Taco Filling Ingredients:

  • 2 whole chickens
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • Half an onion
  • Cilantro bunch
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 2 spoons of gluten-free chicken base
  • 5 spoons of salt


Place all ingredients in boiling water, and cook for 45 minutes. Drain, and shred chicken to roughly about 1300g.


Salsa Ingredients:

  • 2 onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 5 roasted garlic cloves
  • 6 moist chipotle peppers
  • 2 tablespoons oil


Carmelize the onions, then blend in tomatoes, garlic, and peppers. Once blended, place in a pot with the oil and let it come to a boil. Add the shredded chicken to the salsa, mix, and voila! Wrap in tortilla shell of your choice and enjoy!



The 3 Amigos Avocado Margarita



  • Half an avocado
  • 1oz tequila
  • 1/2oz triple sec
  • 4oz 2% milk
  • 2oz aguave
  • Scoop of ice


Blend all ingredients, and enjoy responsibly!
