Steve Carell’s newest show, “Space Force” has an official trailer out.

The show is from the same creators as The Office and is a comedy about General Mark R. Naird, played by Steve Carell, who is given command of a new military service branch by the name of “Space Force”. It’s based on U.S President, Donald Trump’s recent mission to add his own U.S military branch, also called Space Force. The real Air Force General, John Raymond, commented that he wished Bruce Willis was playing him. The General also said this about Steve Carrell: “He’s looking a little too shaggy if he wants to play the Space Force chief”.

One of the creators, Greg Daniels said even though the show is a comedy they’re trying to make it accurate and respectful. “We have astronaut advisors, science advisors and our military advisor, Mark Vazquez, has been very useful in teaching us about military behavior. Both Steve and I have relatives in the military who we love and respect, and hope are going to enjoy watching the show.”

The show will launch on Netflix, May 29th.
