Alexisonfire is donating all earnings from 'Complicit' for Black Lives Matter

Alexisonfire posted a statement across their social media yesterday regarding their thoughts on recent events and the Black Lives Matter movement. They came to the conclusion that all the money earned from their song “Complicit” will be donated to Canadian Civil Liberties Association, Black Lives Matter Toronto and Black Youth Pathway To Industry. 

They concluded their thread of tweets by saying:

“The five members of this band stand steadfast, yet imperfect, in our commitment to be better allies. Smash the pillars of the white hetero patriarchy until the ruins are sand.”
