Canadian rock royalty Sloan have returned with their first single since 2018. On Thursday, the group released “Silence Trumps Lies”.

Although it was written prior, the politically-charged song describes what went down during the first presidential debate with the lyric, “Where there is proof and yet the loudest voice denies/Silence trumps lies”.

Sloan has yet to confirm a new album.
