Canadian indie rock band Arcade Fire will be performing on the night of the US election, Tuesday November 3rd. The performance will take place on Showtime during a special broadcast hosted by Stephen Colbert, coinciding with the election.

In the announcement on social media, Will Butler sported a t-shirt that says “smash the patriarchy” and Régine Chassagne wore a t-shirt with the word “vote” repeated.

As mentioned above, Stephen Colbert’s Live Election Night Special will air on Tuesday at 11 p.m. ET (9 p.m. Edmonton time).
