Dedicated fan bases will collide when Daniel Radcliffe stars as Weird Al in an upcoming biopic about the iconic rocker’s life.

It was announced on Wednesday that the Harry Potter alum has been cast by Yankovic himself to portray himself in the upcoming film.

“When my last movie UHF came out in 1989, I made a solemn vow to my fans that I would release a major motion picture every 33 years, like clockwork. I’m very happy to say we’re on schedule,” Yankovic said in a statement. “And I am absolutely thrilled that Daniel Radcliffe will be portraying me in the film. I have no doubt whatsoever that this is the role future generations will remember him for.”

Yankovic wrote and produced the project with the help of co-writer and director Eric Appel. The film is co-produced by Funny or Die and Tango and will stream exclusively on the Roku channel.
