New Music Discovery: Vance Joy - 'Don't Fade'

Vance Joy – “Don’t Fade”

Vance Joy has released the first preview of his forthcoming album. On Thursday, the Australian singer-songwriter shared “Don’t Fade”.

Although it was released in 2022, the song came together in pre-pandemic times. Joy explained, “I wrote ‘Don’t Fade’ with my friend and frequent songwriting partner Dave Bassett toward the end of 2019.

It came as a surprise and felt like a special discovery. I like writing about that feeling of timelessness you get when you’re with someone you love.”

Joy still has yet to announce an album. His tour begins in May with Dear Rouge opening for him in Vancouver and Toronto.
