Cage The Elephant have returned with their first new song in five years, “Neon Pill”.

“Neon Pill” ushers in a new era for the band. They have wiped their social media clean and fans are anticipating an album announcement soon.

The album artwork reads “Usual Dosage: See package insert for full prescribing information. Store at 20 degrees to 25 degrees celsius (68 degrees to 77 degrees Fahrenheit) [See USP Controlled Room Temperature]. Dispense in a tight, light-resistant container as defined in the USP, with a child-resistant closure (as required).”

The song was recorded at the Sonic Ranch in Tornillo, Texas with producer John Hill.
