The Tragically Hip Named Ambassadors of Record Store Day Canada 2024

The Tragically Hip have been announced as Ambassadors for Record Store Day Canada 2024. To celebrate, the band has revealed the debut physical release of Live at CBGB’s.

We are excited to announce that we are the @RSDCanada Ambassadors for 2024! On April 20 we will be releasing a LE pressing of our 1993 show at CBGB's on a 12” pink vinyl with a limited run of cassettes. Available at participating independent record stores in the US & CA. pic.twitter.com/DSRsINDWhU

The release will capture the band’s 1993 show at the legendary New York venue. The performance was captured just months after they released their third studio album, Fully Completely, with the band playing nearly the entire record during the show.

Live at CBGB’s will be released on 12-inch pink vinyl as well as a limited run of pink cassette tapes.

Record Store Day Canada will take place across participating independent record stores on April 20.
